360 Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Digital Project Coordinator to support our growing digital operations team. In this role, you’ll help manage digital assets, coordinate orders, and support project workflows for our major entertainment clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ingest client orders and creative briefs and generate accurate order forms for distribution and processing.
Research and download artwork and client source files; organize and maintain structured digital folders for efficient access.
Coordinate translation workflows, including conducting research, updating internal trackers, and preparing order forms for external vendors.
Assist in the creation and formatting of client-facing decks and documentation to support file routing and approval processes.
Provide project management support as needed, covering responsibilities during team absences.

Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Skilled in Google Sheets and Google Slides (Decks) for collaborative workflow and presentation support.
Proactive and solution-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Preferred:

Experience in entertainment, digital operations, project support, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
