Compensation:

Base Yearly Salary $42,500 plus sizable commission on sales with an annual target exceeding $200,000 depending on performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Engage in direct sales activities, including outside sales efforts, to expand the customer base.
Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
Provide feedback on market trends and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, account management, and upselling techniques.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in outside sales is preferred; cannabis experience not required.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings.
2 or more years of experience in Sales and Marketing Required.
