Job Summary

This is for a workaholic. Americas Best REI LLC is seeking an experienced, driven Acquisitions Closer to join our virtual real estate team. You don't need a real estate background — we're looking for proven phone sales reps who know how to build rapport fast, control a call, and close. If you've done moving sales, in-home sales, any other sales jobs, you're who we want.

In this role you'll be on the phone with home sellers, uncovering their real situation and negotiating win-win agreements that get contracts signed. This is a high-performance sales role for someone who thrives on the phone, loves the art of the close, and wants uncapped earning potential. We operate 100% remotely across multiple U.S. markets, and we train our closers on a proven, structured framework so you're never winging it. If you're hungry, coachable, and want to close real deals with real dollars behind them, we want to talk to you.

Let's Be Straight With You

We give you the tools to win: a multi-line dialer, a heavy flow of inbound and outbound leads, and appointment setters feeding the pipeline. But understand this — your real money won't come from appointments handed to you. It comes from deal hunting. Most of the people you talk to won't be ready to sell when you reach them; your job is to find the ones who are and move the ones on the fence. If you love the hunt and the close, you'll thrive here. If you're looking for warm, pre-sold leads handed to you on a plate, this isn't it.

What You'll Do

Work a high volume of seller conversations through our multi-line dialer, building trust, creating urgency, and controlling the call
Diagnose seller motivation, situation, and property condition to determine the right path forward
Present and negotiate cash and creative (novation) offers that work for both the seller and the company
Move deals from first conversation to signed contract using our step-by-step acquisition framework
Follow up relentlessly on warm leads and keep your pipeline moving
Log all activity, notes, and dispositions accurately in our CRM
Hit daily activity targets: dials, talk time, and offers made
Continuously sharpen your skills through call reviews, coaching, and team training

What We're Looking For

Proven phone sales / closing experience in a high-intensity environment (solar, roofing, debt settlement, high-ticket coaching, insurance, timeshare, auto, or similar) — real estate experience is a plus but not required
Elite communication skills — you can build rapport, ask sharp questions, listen more than you talk, and hold the frame under pressure
Strong negotiation instincts and the discipline to follow a structured process instead of freestyling
Comfort with numbers — able to walk through offer math and pricing logic with confidence
Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote environment; you don't need someone standing over you
Coachable and hungry to improve — you welcome feedback and act on it
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer/headset for calls

Why Join Us

100% remote — work from anywhere
Competitive commission structure with strong earning potential on every closed deal
A proven, documented closing framework and real ongoing coaching — not "sink or swim"
A team culture built on excellence, integrity, and serving people well

If you're passionate about closing, love the phone, and want to be part of a team that takes training and performance seriously, apply today.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
