About the Role

We’re seeking a Paraplanner & Technology Workflow Specialist to support our advisory team behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, optimizing, and executing processes that keep the firm running smoothly. You won’t be in client meetings, but you’ll play a critical role in preparing for them and ensuring follow-through afterward.

This is a full-time position with room for growth, including licensing support and career development over time.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting Support & Follow-Up

Prepare pre-meeting agendas and reports
Track meeting action items and enter them into the CRM
Follow up with custodians and companies on CIR statements, allocations, and beneficiary updates

Technology & Workflow Management

Oversee and maintain tech platforms like Hubly, Zapier, and CRM integrations
Refine workflows and task structures for efficiency and scalability
Troubleshoot tech issues and propose solutions independently

Project & Process Coordination

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Help build scalable systems as the firm grows

Client Interaction

Occasional front desk coverage and phone support
May grow into a client-facing role with C & D clients over time

Ideal Candidate Profile

Prior experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar support role
Strong technology acumen and comfort with automation tools
Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and punctuality
Comfortable working independently and proposing improvements
College degree preferred; CFP or interest in pursuing certification encouraged
Licensing not required initially, but growth into a licensed role is supported
