We are looking for a creative and tech savvy Marketing/Web-Creative Design Coordinator to design and maintain client websites, training and marketing materials to help clients connect with their members. If you enjoy blending design, digital marketing and problem-solving this will be a great fit. This is a part-time contractual position with potential for growth opportunities in the company.

What You'll Do:

Build and update client websites so they are easy to use, mobile friendly, and visually appealing
Create graphics, social media content, annual reports, etc. to promote events, programs and membership
Manage social media accounts and keep messaging consistent and engaging
Work with staff to understand the goals and bring ideas to life online
Track website, email and campaign performance and share insights for improvement
Support branding and digital needs for events
Ensure consistency on brand across websites, social and digital materials

What We're Looking For

Experience with web design and content management (WordPress or similar)
Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools)
Know-how with SEO, Google Analytics and email platforms
Solid communication skills - both written and oral
Comfortable multi-tasking projects and deadlines
Prior experience working with non-profits, associations or member-driven organizations a plus.
