About the Role

A growing asset management firm is seeking a motivated Investor Relations Associate to join its Investor Relations and Business Development team. This role will work closely with colleagues across several internal functions.

This position offers broad exposure to investor communications, internal reporting, and operational support related to the firm’s investment products and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Support the team with internal reporting, data management, and maintaining accurate investor information across internal systems.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials used for internal meetings, investor communications, and industry events.
Help coordinate information and materials needed for client meetings, conferences, and investor updates.
Provide operational support related to investor activity and documentation, working closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor and maintain relevant data to support investor engagement and business development initiatives.
Collaborate with teams across the firm, including Fund Accounting, Risk, Legal & Compliance, and Operations, to gather information and ensure timely execution of projects.
Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvements that support the broader Investor Relations and Business Development function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and interest in investment management.
Relevant internship or full-time experience in Investor Relations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
