You have a proven, solid reputation for completely managing backend business systems, creating & enforcing policy, automations, understanding & troubleshooting IT issues.

The Job:
This position is responsible for managing the backend business automations for Backcountry Journeys as well as our IT infrastructure & policies.

You are directly responsible for ensuring our systems are running smoothly & our various SAAS platforms are behaving correctly. If something breaks, it’s your job to ensure no downtime & sometimes that means evenings & weekends.

This position is also responsible for staff accounts, technical support, internet security & building new automations to further our mission. Must be experienced with a Microsoft 365 business setup, javascript & the use of webhooks to tie together various softwares.

You will work directly with and report to the Director of Operations.

4+ years experience managing complex business systems
4+ years managing Microsoft 365 environment
Solid Understanding of automations, webhooks etc
The ability to troubleshoot & help staff solve tech issues

Positive, flexible, solution oriented, and excited to work with a diverse team

This is a remote work / home-based position. Please note that all candidates must have the following:

Reliable Home Office (PC, Printer, Phone etc, etc, etc) with dual monitors
Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection
