Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to support B2B sales efforts and technical sales presentations.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for account growth.
Provide leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders regarding account status and performance metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience in account management or a related field with a focus on sales and marketing.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions.
