Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales and Marketing Manager located in Delaplane, VA. The Event Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing private events, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. The role involves overseeing event logistics, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all events run smoothly.

Qualifications

-Sales driven individual is a must

Event Planning and Management skills
Sales and Private Events experience
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Experience in the hospitality or winery industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
