Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Booking Assistant to join our growing Kids department. The ideal candidate will support and work alongside the Kids Agent to perform various tasks related to booking minors and real families. Specifically looking for candidates with Photoshop and Adobe experience, email correspondence, marketing, Looking for outgoing and energetic individuals that work well with people.

Responsibilities

Photoshop and Adobe editing and uploads.
Develop models and model portfolios, upload photos to website and booking platforms.
Scout and meet with new talent.
Organize contracts, paperwork and work permits.
Submit for job opportunities via booking platforms related to the agency.
Help coordinate all aspects leading up to the audition and booking.
Support Agent with booking and pre-production projects; help keep agent organized.
Maintain agency Instagram posts.
Marketing via social media.
Maintain the Google calendar as it relates to the Kids Department.

Experience
Proven digital experience in working with Photoshop and Adobe roles or similar positions are preferred.
Familiarity with financial and booking software applications is essential for efficient data management.
Strong communication skills via emails as well as telephone and in-person.
Works well under pressure and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will support and work alongside the accounting department as well as booking agents to perform various tasks related to invoicing, email correspondence, marketing, reports and financial record keeping. Looking for outgoing and energetic individuals that work well with people.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly department reports.
Prepare and send weekly invoices.
Support Agents with Booking and Pre-production projects.
Correspond with clients and talent as it relates to scheduled payments due
Utilize financial software (QuickBooks Enterprise) for reporting and data management.
Assist in regulatory reporting requirements as needed.
Marketing via social media

Experience
Proven experience in technical accounting roles or similar positions is preferred.
Familiarity with financial software applications is essential for efficient data management.
Strong communication skills via emails as well as telephone.
Experience with GAAP standards and general ledger accounting practices is highly desirable.
Works well under pressure and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
