Primary Responsibilities Develop And Maintain Customer-specific

applications using Python and proprietary composition tools. Design

programs that are accurate, efficient, and flexible to accommodate

frequent customer updates. Follow and contribute to a standardized

coding structure that promotes collaboration and continuity across the

team. Partner with Customer Care, other Developers, and Operations to

gain deep knowledge of industry-specific practices and client

exp ctations. Learn and master BCS\'s internal composition and

validation tools. Conduct thorough regression testing for all program

changes, ensuring compliance with company protocols. Rigorously validate

every customer-requested change, regardless of its complexity. Use REST

APIs and other web-based technologies as part of the development

process. Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure output meets

quality and performance standards. Demonstrate a team-first
