DevOps Engineer – Jenkins Platform (Hybrid | Charlotte, NC)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support enterprise development teams by maintaining and improving a Jenkins-based CI/CD platform. This role is hands-on, technical, and ideal for someone who enjoys automation, building scalable solutions, and driving continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

Manage, optimize, and scale a Jenkins CI/CD environment used across multiple enterprise projects.
Enhance Jenkins functionality, performance, and integrations through scripting and automation.
Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Develop cloud-based tools and shared solutions leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.
Write efficient, high-quality code in Python or Node.js to automate and improve DevOps processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance DevOps practices and streamline deployments.

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of hands-on experience managing DevOps environments with Jenkins in enterprise settings.
Strong scripting and automation background (Python, Terraform, and related tools).
Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS); experience with Azure or GCP is a plus.
Familiarity with Software-Defined Networks, VPCs, and infrastructure automation.
Understanding of GitOps principles.
Excellent communicator and strong team collaborator with a proactive mindset.
