Overview:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, fast-moving, and creative Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team this spring and summer. This is not your average internship — you will be working in a fast-paced environment where time is always of the essence, directions move quickly, and your ability to retain information, execute independently, and stay two steps ahead will set you apart.

Social Media Responsibilities

Craft engaging, platform-specific copy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for multiple clients and voices
Adapt tone, language, and messaging to authentically match each client's personal brand
Assist in developing and executing content ideas for video and short-form content
Support in filming, editing, and producing video content as needed
Maintain consistency across all content with a strong attention to detail in every caption, hook, and call to action

Administrative & Assistant Duties

Manage and maintain calendar scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination
Draft, proofread, and send professional emails on behalf of the team and clients
Communicate with external teams and partners with proper email etiquette and professionalism
Keep track of ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects
Anticipate needs, stay organized, and support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Currently or previously enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in communications, marketing, fashion, or a related field.
Strong interest in fashion, social media, and emerging digital trends.
Proficiency in video editing software and experience with creating engaging TikTok content.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and messages.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting is a plus.
