LOOKING FOR A PERFOMANCE MARKETING PARTNER — HOME SERVICES

I’m building Cater Home Services, and we already have something most startups struggle years to build: We know how to sell.

Between myself and my sales partner, we have proven home-service sales experience and real numbers behind it. We know how to walk into a customer’s home, build trust, close business, and turn opportunities into revenue.

We have the equipment. We have the labor. We have the sales ability. We have the ambition.

We’re missing one person: the marketing brain.

I’m looking for someone who’s obsessed with customer acquisition and brand building. Someone who understands things like:

Meta & Google Ads
Lead generation and funnels
Creative testing
Landing pages
SEO / local search
Retargeting
Direct mail and neighborhood marketing
Tracking CPL, CAC and ROI
Building a brand people see EVERYWHERE I don’t want someone who just posts on Facebook three times a week. I want somebody who wants to build the marketing machine behind a serious home-service company. You bring qualified opportunities. We’ll sell them.

And when the marketing works, I want you financially rewarded for helping us grow.

This is an early-stage company, so I’m looking for someone entrepreneurial — somebody who sees more value in helping build something from the ground up than simply collecting another corporate paycheck.

Compensation can include base pay + aggressive performance incentives, with the opportunity for the role and compensation to grow substantially as the company grows.

If you’re the type of marketer who looks at a small home-service company and thinks: “Give me the budget and let me show you what I can turn this into.”

I want to talk to you.

Chicagoland / Northern Illinois Message me directly with examples of campaigns you’ve actually run, what you spent, what you generated, and the numbers behind the results.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Employee discount
