Residential Cost Estimator – Join the Leading Design-Build Remodeling Team in NJ!

Are you a seasoned general contractor or independent builder looking for a stable, growth-oriented role with less uncertainty and more collaboration? At Cipriani Remodeling Solutions, we’re searching for a Cost Estimator to bridge the gap between design and construction for our high-end remodeling projects.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct project site visits to document existing conditions and gather measurements.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, material takeoffs, and budgets for design-build projects.
Manage and evaluate subcontractor and trade partner bids.
Collaborate with designers to ensure scope, design, and cost alignment.
Review and update pricing throughout the pre-construction process.
Assist with agreement reviews, ensuring drawings, scope, and pricing match.
Track project costs and maintain organized documentation in Buildertrend.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of residential construction experience in estimating, carpentry, or project management.
Strong knowledge of residential construction, materials, and trade sequencing.
Experience with estimating software, Buildertrend (or similar), and Excel.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized.
Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach.
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements while staying solutions-focused.
