Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Accounting Intern to join our team.

This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations and

exposure to real-world financial processes.

Requirements

Requirements & Essential Functions:

Assist with data entry, account reconciliations, and maintaining financial records
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Help prepare financial reports and spreadsheets
Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvements
Conduct research and analysis on accounting issues
Assist with preparation of prior year documentation for storage

Required Qualifications

Enrolled as a full-time student toward a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools

Physical Demand & Work Environments

Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.

Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience.
