Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to enhance client engagement.
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking sales leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing to maintain product availability for customers.
Prepare and distribute sales materials, including brochures and product information sheets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights to the sales team for strategic planning.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
