Candidates must have and enjoy the following characteristics:

2+ years of sales experience
Strong communication + follow-up skills
Detail-oriented + organized
Concentration in design & space planning is preferable
Home improvement/interiors experience is a plus
Ability to work both independently and in teams
Coachable — willing to learn our proven system
Comfortable developing long-term client relationships + referrals
Effective in networking with Trade Associations and Charitable Groups
Develop your own portfolio of clients
Tech proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM) required. CAD is a plus.
