Love tackling tech challenges and delivering exceptional service?

We’re looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist who can pair sharp troubleshooting skills with outstanding client support. To hit the ground running, you should already be comfortable with the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, Active Directory, and PC setup/configuration. You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need enough experience to contribute right away while continuing to learn and grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver Tier-1 technical support for both internal and external customers.
Support daily service operations through active communication with all CBS team members.
Drive recurring revenue by providing high-quality technical solutions and outstanding customer service (excellent verbal and written communication is a must).
Offer expert help-desk assistance via phone, remote support, or face-to-face interactions.
Stay updated on the latest software and technical procedures.
Manage service tickets and daily time entries through our Professional Services Automation (PSA) system.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.
Support clients via our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
High adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Solid customer service approach with a troubleshooting mindset.
Familiarity with Windows Remote Desktop.
Proficiency with the Office 365 Admin Portal (1+ year).
