Applicant must have a strong capacity to handle varying work tasks including building financial plans, servicing clients on phone calls, providing exemplary customer service to clients and prospects during in-office visits, calendar management, working with the investment team on recommendations for strategy meetings , critical thinking skills and showing great attention to detail. Being able to serve as a leader for the financial planning team, giving guidance on cases, while ensuring excellent skills with clients is paramount.

Position Details

Commitment: 38 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. With a lunch each day and some flexibility around start time each day.

Compensation: Starting salary range is $70K to 95K (higher end for CFP), plus opportunity for bonuses based off of performance metrics explained to the right candidate. Full medical and dental benefits and a generous retirement benefit plan. All Holidays off, including your birthday!

Minimum Requirements:

4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Series 65 or 66 with Life & Health Licenses
3-7 years in financial services offering investment management and insurance services
Strong understanding of reporting and financial plan building
CFP strongly desired but not an absolute requirement if willing to work toward getting your CFP designation while at the firm.
Strong experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in person and via phone
Proactive mentality, positive attitude, and consistent follow through
Highly intelligent, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with good time management and critical thinking skills

Additional preferred skills:

Experience with Salesforce CRM software
2+ years working in a fast-paced office environment

Clients & Team Support

Work with high net worth clients to ensure their retirement is on track
Building financial reporting models to gauge performance and investment strategies
Meet face to face with clients in-office or via zoom depending on the day
Listen to and understand client needs, respond in a prompt and professional fashion on behalf of team members through phone calls, emails and mail.
Be a high performer who is highly motivated to grow with a rapidly expanding company

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
