Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications that support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ASP.NET and related technologies, combined with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and VB.NET.
Write clean, scalable code in C# within the .NET framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Implement front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Design and manage database solutions using SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
Apply software architecture principles and design patterns (e.g., MVC) for maintainable applications.
Utilize version control systems (Git, Visual SourceSafe) for code management.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience with ASP.NET framework and ASP.NET Core.
Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, and Visual Studio.
Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Visual SourceSafe).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
