Key Responsibilities of the Team Member Trainee

Promote wireless plans and bundled service options through structured outreach and localized activation efforts targeting eligible communities.
Translate service features, pricing tiers, and eligibility criteria into clear, actionable enrollment choices.
Support account setup by validating documentation, confirming service availability, and coordinating activation timelines across service tiers.
Maintain CRM systems with detailed logs of outreach activity, service milestones, and account preferences to support retention and reporting.
Address service inquiries across digital and phone-based channels with clarity, accuracy, and campaign-aligned messaging.
Monitor feedback and usage patterns to identify upsell opportunities and recommend service enhancements that match evolving needs.

Minimum Qualifications of the Team Member Trainee

High school diploma or GED required; coursework in marketing, communications, or business preferred to support sales outreach and campaign delivery.
Experience in sales, enrollment, or activation—especially within telecom, nonprofit, or subscription-based service environments.
Skilled communicator with the ability to simplify wireless sales plan features and guide individuals through enrollment options.
Proficient in CRM platforms and digital tools for logging data, tracking service milestones, and supporting campaign workflows.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on connecting eligible users to reliable wireless and bundled sales service solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,299.00 - $58,166.53 per year
