Role :FP&A Analyst:

Experience Level: 3–5 Years

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial modeling, data visualization, and cross-functional collaboration, with proficiency in Excel, PlaidCloud, and dashboard technologies.

3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Hands-on experience with PlaidCloud for data management and analytics.

Familiarity with dashboard technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

FP&A Analyst skills - heavy Excel knowledge, and knowledge of common/typical FP&A
objectives:
- Set and monitor FP&A KPIs (e.g. margin by customer, margin by business line)
- Combine ledger financials with other information to provide a business view and insights
based on underlying financial data
- Prepare summary readouts to executives
- Configure and deploy executive dashboards built in PlaidCloud. (similar to PowerBI and Tableau)

Position Overview

Client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join the Office of the CFO.

This role is critical in driving strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial modeling, data visualization, and cross-functional collaboration, with proficiency in Excel, PlaidCloud, and dashboard technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Support the CFO in developing and maintaining financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning models.

Conduct variance analysis and deliver insights to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to visualize key financial metrics and KPIs.

Leverage PlaidCloud for data integration, transformation, and advanced financial analytics.

Partner with business units to understand financial drivers and provide actionable recommendations.

Assist in preparing materials for executive leadership, board meetings, and investor presentations.

Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance accuracy, speed, and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.

3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Hands-on experience with PlaidCloud for data management and analytics.

Familiarity with dashboard technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.

High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset

Pay: $800,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
