Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, representing our brand with professionalism and care.
Provide personalized support and guidance tailored to each client’s needs as a dedicated Customer Success Associate.
Accurately process sales transactions and ensure all client interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
Communicate service plans, pricing, promotions, and installation timelines clearly and confidently.
Identify sales opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance the overall client experience.
Participate in ongoing training and team development initiatives to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with fellow Customer Success Associates and sales team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
Approach every client interaction with empathy, integrity, and a solution-focused mindset.

What We Look for in a Customer Success Associate:

High school diploma or GED (required).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or sales.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, calm problem-solving abilities.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
Strong focus on meeting goals and exceeding expectations.
