Job Description
We’re looking for a digitally-savvy Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and a sharp eye for detail to join our creative team at Enrich Marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment and is excited to contribute to a wide range of client campaigns and marketing initiatives, from video storyboards to meta-ads. Sometimes the ask is clear upfront, other times we need you to help us see a visual direction first.

Key Responsibilities

Design compelling and effective marketing assets across various channels including:
Paid digital ads
Print collateral
Client presentations
Landing page designs
Email and social media graphics
Collaborate with creative director, account managers and digital specialists to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and client brand standards.
Take design projects from concept through production with minimal oversight.
Maintain consistency across all visual materials while being adaptable to multiple brand styles.
Stay up to date on current design, marketing, and digital trends, contributing fresh ideas to brainstorms and creative reviews.

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Sketch experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital best practices (file formats, resolutions, accessibility, responsive design).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude.

Nice to Have:

Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere).
Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles is a plus.
Comfort working directly with clients or presenting work.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
