Position Overview:

The Entry Level Planning Associate supports the client planning process by gathering information, assisting with virtual consultations, and helping clients organize their personal and financial goals. This position is designed for individuals who want to start a career in planning, consulting, or advisory services — no previous experience required. Comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities:

Support clients in identifying goals and developing action steps

Participate in virtual planning meetings and client sessions

Help prepare digital client files and maintain organized records

Assist senior associates with client follow-ups and ongoing service

Complete required training sessions to expand knowledge and skills

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
