Maintain the single source of truth for all technical decisions

Validate Feasibility

Partner with pre-sales teams to assess solution viability
Ensure complex integrations and customizations are achievable

Drive Continuity from Sales to Delivery

Align technical execution with the original vision

Design the Enterprise Ecosystem

Architect scalable integrations across systems

Resolve Complex Challenges

Support delivery teams in troubleshooting technical issues
Provide guidance on high-impact architectural decisions

Improve Internal Practices

Strong experience with enterprise ecosystems, including:

Proven ability to design systems integrating modern e-commerce platforms with legacy systems
