Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions.
Assist customers with account openings, updates, and maintenance to ensure seamless banking experiences.
Analyze fraud reports and take immediate action to perform mitigation on accounts.
Utilize financial software and tools to manage accounts, record transactions, and generate reports accurately.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of banking products and services to educate clients and promote additional offerings that meet their needs.
Assist Retail & Marketing Manager with training and development of Retail staff.

Skills

Proven experience in banking, preferably as a personal banker, loan officer or in a related role.
Strong understanding of the role of sales and customer service in a community bank environment.
Excellent math skills and proficiency in basic calculations essential for financial assessments.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
High ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
Solid knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance at all times. Pay: $20.77 - $31.00 per hour
