As a Operations Analyst I at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Trust & Investment Operations team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:

Provides a consistently high level of service and acts as first line of support to internal clients with an emphasis on prompt communication and follow-up.
Administers invoices for internal clients and records/tracks transactions on core systems.
Prepares independently and or assists client facing staff in preparing quarterly client packets.
Provides administrative and supportive functions relating to underwriting, lapse notices, policy, investment changes, etc.
Cross-trains and learns continuously in operational departments, acting as a peer resource for the cross-coverage of daily duties.
Independently prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines and ensure consistent adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to as defined by management and participates in the completion of special projects and processing of periodic requests as assigned.

Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).

Pay Range: $24.24 - $31.50/HR
