Help Desk Specialist Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install and configure computer systems and applications
Manage user accounts and access permissions
Document and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution

Help Desk Specialist Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
