Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations and provide tailored recommendations.
Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the client base.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure client commitments.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client relationship lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations including HIPAA compliance, and best practices in financial services.

This is a 100% Commission-1099 role.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information.
Familiarity with insurance sales is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate strategies.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
