Our graphic designer will collaborate closely with agents to bring their marketing vision to life. From digital and print collateral to social media graphics and promotional materials, our designer will deliver creative solutions that enhance visibility, engage audiences, and help them achieve their business goals.

About you

You have significant print and digital graphic design experience with managing multiple accounts. Must demonstrate the ability to perform all aspects of design project management, including but not limited to, research, meeting with clients, creating custom designs in Adobe and Canva, tracking project details, and developing content to inform, educate and engage the brand’s audience to increase awareness and achieve marketing goals. You’re a team player who thrives in organization, but also has no problem adapting in the ever-changing world of marketing. Most importantly, you are a strategic thinker who brings ideas to the table to strengthen both our team and our brands.

Key job responsibilities and duties:

Creation of custom marketing pieces for individual properties and agents that are consistent with brand standards
Supports the execution of email campaigns through digital marketing platforms.
Diligently maintains and updates project management platforms and demonstrates excellent planning and organizational skills
Maintains communication and collaboration with the Creative Services Director and Marketing Concierge Program Manager regarding design and agent/client relations
Aids in the daily aspects of promoting Howard Hanna Beverly-Hanks and Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate company campaigns, as needed
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, maintaining timelines and project details in project management platforms.
Provide design ideas and strategy to the agents
Responsible for selecting colors, images, text style, layout and formatting of materials for the company and clients in alignment with the company brand standards
Develop graphics and visual assets for a variety of creative projects, including social media content, brochures, advertisements, flyers, direct mail, video, web/mobile sites, and digital/print ads.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners, submitting creative materials for production or publication as needed.

Job Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
2-3 years of experience as a designer across a variety of practices in graphic design
Extensive experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Experience working with an email/CRM service required. (Ex. Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Doc, Google Sheets, etc.)
Adaptive design eye and excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Ability to take and execute feedback from peers and clients
Deadline-oriented with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Copywriting and proofreading skills required
Team player, quick learner, efficient, and able to work under pressure
Working knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5 a plus
Experience with video programs and WordPress templates is a plus
Comfortable communicating with clients via Zoom or by phone
Solid work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
Great customer service skills
