About the Role

We’re seeking a Small Business Consultant who has the “figure it out” mentality hardwired into their DNA. You’re the person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you’re already two steps ahead asking, “What else can I do?”

You’ll work directly with business owners across industries — from trades to retail to professional services — helping them:

Analyze operations and financials to identify inefficiencies
Streamline systems and processes
Develop strategic growth plans
Implement KPIs, scorecards, and accountability structures
Coach leaders and teams toward higher performance

This is not a "behind the curtain" consulting job. It’s hands-on with the clients, high-impact work for someone who thrives on solving real problems and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Conduct deep business assessments (financials, org charts, KPIs, leadership gaps)
Create actionable strategies that improve profitability, efficiency, and team alignment
Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops
Track client progress and measure impact over time
Collaborate internally with our marketing and operations teams to ensure holistic client success
Constantly seek new ways to improve — both for our clients and for Immeasura itself

What We’re Looking For

A proven history of solving complex problems in fast-paced environments
Strong leadership presence — you influence others through confidence and clarity, not authority
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in consulting, business management, or operational leadership preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus but not required)
