Responsibilities

Consult with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and needs
Educate clients on financial products includinglife insurance and annuities
Design personalized strategies that support retirement planning, income protection, and wealth preservation
Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and service
Maintain up to date knowledge of regulations, financial products and financial services industry trends
Make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives by helping them achieve financial security

Who we are looking for

No prior experience in finance or insurance is required
Must be open to mentorship and learning new information
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid insurance license or the willingness to obtain one. We provide the education and resources to attain your license as quickly as possible
Goal oriented entrepreneur with a strong work ethic
Individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, and driven by results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with each client
People who are passionate about helping others and making an impact
