Intelligent Events hosts weekly dating and networking events across 20 major US cities. These happy hours and mixers cater to an upscale, educated, professional audience of top 100 college graduates.

Significant EMAIL MARKETING experience is MANDATORY. Creation, segmentation, execution and optimization.

HIGHLY ORGANIZED. ATTENTION TO DETAILS REQUIRED!

This is a very specific role, which will entail managing all of our email marketing campaigns, including;

1) Crafting dedicated email invitations for each event (likely in Canva based on existing templates).

2) Segmenting a large existing national database into specific regional campaigns based on various criteria, with batches of 100,000 addresses at any one time.

3) Managing the mailouts in mailchiimp, A/B testing, analyzing results, and continually improving performance.

You must be available a MINIMUM of 20-25 hours per week, however the role will likely exceed that and be in the range of 30+ hours/week. You must be available for daytime phone calls and brief early evening check in's as needed. This business relies on accurate relay of information, and timely response.

You will be given all event related information and a ticketing link - event date, location, venue, and time. All information must be triple checked before sending - links verified, dates, location, etc.

You will then be responsible for pulling any photos or graphics (including AI gen) write all invitation copy, and build an invite, a reminder email, and a day of event email.

From there, you will be running as many as 25 campaigns a week, for an ever expanding schedule of events.

These are all ticketed events, through Eventbrite, and your role will be to administer, analyze, and optimize the performance on a daily basis.
