MARKETING ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Jani-King of New York | Melville, NY

Build Relationships. Build Your Brand.

Jani-King International is the global leader in commercial cleaning franchising, with over 6,500 franchisees and 120 regional offices worldwide. For more than 55 years, we've partnered with top organizations across healthcare, education, hospitality, stadiums, government, retail, and more — delivering professional cleaning services and unmatched customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a motivated, brand-minded Marketing Engagement Specialist to join our Melville team. This is a full-time, field-based role that blends high-energy field sales with hands-on marketing experience — you'll build your own territory through in-person outreach and networking, represent our brand at local events, and partner directly with our Marketing team on messaging and campaigns. It's a great launchpad if you're early in your career and want real experience in both sales and marketing.

As the first point of contact for many potential clients, you'll play a critical role in opening doors, shaping how prospects experience our brand, and setting the stage for our sales team to close business. If you're curious about marketing, energized by relationship-building, and driven by results, this is a role where sales and marketing skills grow side by side.

Position Summary

The Marketing Engagement Specialist blends field sales with brand representation — introducing Jani-King to new business prospects through in-person visits, networking events, and strategic outreach, while also helping shape how we present our brand in the local market.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between first contact and closed deals — laying the groundwork for lasting client relationships and visible brand presence.
