KCW Engineering Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers with project administration, coordination, and client communications.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with the coordination of budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
Review tracking reports and spreadsheets, providing clear summaries and identifying departmental trends.
Support budget management, cost estimating, and preparation of change orders.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information within company systems.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with Microsoft Project and Deltek Vision a plus.

Compensation

$20.00-$30.00/hour (equal to $41,600-$62,400 annually)
Position eligible for overtime
Position eligible for discretionary bonuses at the sole discretion of the company
