Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management and analysis, with the ability to drive strategic financial decisions that support business growth. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively control collections, build rapport with customers, make sound credit decisions while ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Duties

Maintaining and training staff.
Processing loan applications, making credit decisions, and closing loans.
Controlling collections through various means, including phone work and in the field.
Accurately reporting branch numbers, P&L, and cash flow.
Utilize financial software for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting purposes.
Maintaining the Branch's positive reputation in the community.
Processing tax returns
Staying up to date on training as it pertains to compliance with company policy and state and IRS regulations.

Skills
Strong expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in managing accounts payable.
Knowledge of credit reporting and using credit data to make loan decisions
Experience with various financial software applications for efficient data management.
Ability to project future financials
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on business development opportunities.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
