Responsibilities

Lead the deployment and configuration of HxGN EAM modules to meet organizational needs, ensuring alignment with business processes and technical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including maintenance, operations, and IT—to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
Conduct detailed system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing to guarantee optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, fostering confidence and proficiency in utilizing the EAM platform.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and best practices for future reference.
Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, work order management, and reporting capabilities.
Stay current with updates and new features of HxGN EAM software, integrating innovations that add value to asset management strategies.
Engage in project management activities related to asset lifecycle initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

Skills

Proven experience with HxGN EAM or similar enterprise asset management systems.
Strong understanding of maintenance management processes, including work order lifecycle, preventive maintenance, and asset tracking.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; capable of diagnosing system issues efficiently.
Effective communication skills for training users and collaborating across departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting functionalities within EAM platforms.
Familiarity with technical concepts related to Quantum engineering is highly desirable, as it enhances understanding of complex asset systems.
