We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage and elevate the online presence of a leading luxury real estate brokerage in Las Vegas. This part-time position is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented marketing professional passionate about digital storytelling, brand consistency, and high-end real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute engaging social media posts, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
Create and manage content calendars and ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing strategy.
Oversee digital advertising, including paid media and retargeting campaigns.
Implement and monitor SEO strategies and website content optimization.
Coordinate and track the performance of email automation and CRM-based campaigns.
Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
Strong understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and content strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in luxury real estate marketing preferred.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
