Responsibilities

Attend a training sessions to learn financial concepts and develop industry knowledge
Share educational information on topics such as budgeting debt management and preparing for the future
Engage with clients to identify their financial needs
Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to recommend suitable insurance products and investment strategies
Negotiate terms and close sales by clearly communicating benefits and addressing client questions effectively
Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-up, and benefits administration processes
Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
