We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Manager to oversee the management of our document filing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of files while ensuring easy access for authorized personnel. Responsibilities

Develop and implement efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Ensure that all files are accurately categorized, indexed, and easily retrievable.
Regularly audit files to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with team members to streamline document workflows and improve overall efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to data protection regulations.
Provide training and support to staff on proper file management practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in file management or a related field.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Knowledge of quantum engineering is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
