About the Role

We’re hiring high-potential, early-career Territory Managers who want to break into medical device sales and grow FAST.

If you have 2–3 years of successful outside B2B sales experience, love prospecting, and want to step into a more challenging, high-earning field, this is your next move.

This is a full-cycle sales role with high activity, high autonomy, and uncapped earnings (OTE $125–150k+ and more for top performers).

What You'll Do:

Own your territory: prospect, qualify, run demos, negotiate, and close
Use cold calling, social selling, field visits, and events to generate pipeline
Present MDelite’s device platforms to physicians & practice owners
Maintain CRM organization, forecasting, and weekly reporting
Travel regularly to customer sites, trainings, and trade shows

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

2–3 years of quota-carrying outside B2B sales experience
A proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Confidence presenting to leaders and decision-makers
Coachability, grit, and a “find-a-way” mindset
A desire to build a long-term, high-earning sales career
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Willingness to travel extensively within territory
