Creative Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong ability to translate concepts into engaging designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling graphics, layouts, and branding materials that elevate the brand identity of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs for various platforms, including web, social media, print, and marketing materials.
Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
Concept Development: Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with project objectives and client needs.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver design solutions that meet their expectations.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs while maintaining project timelines.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to ensure innovative and contemporary designs.
Presentation: Prepare and present design proposals and mockups to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.
Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Understanding of UX/UI principles and web design.
Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
