We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. Duties

Oversee social media marketing campaigns, including content creation and community management on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Utilize digital marketing techniques including PPC advertising through Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and support B2B marketing efforts.
Create compelling content for various platforms including blogs, emails, and print advertising while ensuring brand consistency.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to drive data-informed decisions.
Manage budgets for marketing initiatives ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design projects related to advertising materials and promotional content.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.

Experience

Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital channels.
Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and performance marketing principles.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and WordPress for website management.
Proficient in HTML for basic web editing tasks.
Experience in copywriting with a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in budgeting and project management.
