Position Overview

We are seeking a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. This role offers opportunities for advancement into leadership positions for individuals with the right skills and drive.

Key Responsibilities

Design and analyze structures in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood framing.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Utilize structural analysis software and BIM tools for project execution.
Prepare technical reports and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an ABET-accredited program. Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in a structural engineering consulting environment.
Licensure: EIT required for candidates with 3–5 years of experience; PE or SE preferred for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
Proficiency in REVIT and structural software such as RISA, ETABS, SAP2000.
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation: Competitive salary $85,000 – $115,000 per year, plus bonus potential and comp time benefits.
