Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media and Marketing/ Content Creator to lead and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others. The ideal candidate is experienced in social media marketing, understands current content trends, and is comfortable filming, editing, and appearing in videos featuring our trucks, drivers, and daily operations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, branding, and creating engaging content that attracts attention and builds a loyal audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
Use social media platforms to increase company visibility, promote open positions, attract qualified candidates, and help grow our team including drivers, recruiters, and other staff.
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on Trucking Industry trends, competitor activities, and customer sentiment,
Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, safety, etc. to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design and visual content creation.
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms including Facebook Advertising to run targeted campaigns effectively.
Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics.
Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content production.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with video editing and photography is a plus to enhance multimedia content offerings.
Bilingual skills are a plus
