Summary

In this role, you will be pivotal in managing procurement processes to ensure seamless project execution, supporting our mission of delivering exceptional residential designs. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to community enrichment through thoughtful and efficient project delivery.'
'Responsibilities'
' Coordinate procurement activities for architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors to source high-quality materials at competitive prices.
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and logistics to prevent delays or shortages.
Negotiate terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS to track procurement activities.
Support project teams by providing accurate procurement status updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.'
'Qualifications''
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing within the interior design, architecture or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle EBS.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with supply chain management principles.
Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Experience with sourcing materials for residential projects is a plus.'
