Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Phone Interviewer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews over the phone, gathering valuable information, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Conduct outbound phone interviews with clients to gather information and insights.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for interviewees.
Maintain accurate records of interviews and data entry in our systems.
Provide exceptional customer support and client services throughout the interview process.
Analyze responses and provide feedback to improve future interview strategies.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance and meet objectives.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism. 1099
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Previous experience in sales or call center environments is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $48,530.36 per year
