Oculoplastic Surgeon – Catalina Eye Care, a partner of NVISION Eye Centers

Location: Tucson, AZ Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Productivity Incentive + Partnership Track Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

Established referral base for functional and cosmetic oculoplastic procedures
Strong collaboration with comprehensive ophthalmologists and subspecialists
Opportunity to grow and shape an oculoplastics service line
Full clinical autonomy with operational and administrative support

Qualifications

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
Fellowship-trained in Oculoplastic Surgery
Active state medical license or ability to obtain
Interest in building and growing an oculoplastics practice
